Probably similar to why McDonald's commercials aren't just obese parents angrily yelling at their kids in the car.

I see the casting calls for the McDonald's ads in the UK and they almost always specify fit people.

That's literally everything though. Imagine if the next Spiderman movie contained 50% obese, 70% overweight actors just like the US population. Why aren't obese people equally represented in the entertainment industry?
