Maybe I should start applying to jobs I have no chance getting hired for in order to avoid the crazy diversity crap that's probably in every HR now. I'd rather stay on unemployment than to get hired and then immediately fired with no chance for more unemployment for calling my coworkers a bunch of self-hating pussies.

Or you can sue for discrimination because they forced all the white people to insult themselves, but not the non white people.

The fun thing is these people weren't forced, they came up with this all on their own.

It's virtue signaling next level.

Someone in twitter was asking "who benefits from these displays?". These people do, otherwise they wouldn't bother. It's shuts out all the competition who won't debase themselves in such ways, which is most people.

Plus they get to keep their jobs because sometimes HR is dumb enough to think virtue-signaling means those people are great, whereas me who is tired of this crap is likely to call coworkers dumbasses and get fired.
