The point of the military budget is to conquer every country in the world, and then for the US to kneel before the UN or successor international organization and surrender its sovereignty.

All they have left are Iran, Russia, Venezuela, China, Sudan. Notice how many are in the crosshairs right now. If it were up to Bolton, we would already have started wars against Iran and Venezuela. Hillary made a war against Russia a central plank of her campaign.
