It's fine.

It's far from the highest levels of radiation in water released into the pacific from nuclear power facilities.

They're looking at releasing 22 terabecquerels of radiation per year into the pacific.

For comparison, there's nuclear facilities in China that release 60-80 terabecquerels per year, and there's a nuclear fuel reprocessing plant in La Hague in the north of France that releases about 10,000 terabecquerels per year into the English Channel.
