I'd be curious of opinion of those here on what did the cop do wrong. My opinion is this entitled moron should have had a Police Pit Maneuver on her dumb ass, crashed then yanked out of car, arrested in cuffs and taken straight to jail.

Just another entitled New York blueblood limousine liberal. How very typical of her belief she has, because of her political office, no need of stopping when a cop blows her up and just keeps on driving. I guarantee if you or I did this copper would be furious and my dumbass and yours hauled straight off to jail to a pissed off Judge.

I agree. I don't know about the pit maneuver, but I absolutely would have arrested her fatass and told her what was up while I was at it.

The "Pit Maneuver" is an old trick of cops and can be seen here = https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=pit+maneuver+ and the reason it can be controversial is the suspect car hit from behind like this is supposed to go out of control but that can also mean car does 1-2-3x rollover ejecting and killing who is inside or crashing to severe injury or death. Cops are not supposed to use deadly force unless life/death is on the line and just trying to escape cops is not supposed to be a death sentence the cop hands out. Plenty of news stories of this technique that result in lifetime injuries and death.
