AFAIK most 'non-profits' only have to give up 20% of whatever they 'raise' for their chosen cause.

This one goes beyond just wasteful bureaucracy and the like though. A new CEO took over an apparently previously legitimate charity after its founder's death and just started embezzling money left and right.
