Seems like there are probably UFOs. My money is on them being terrestrial in origin, and super top secret rather than aliens. Seems like they crash an awful lot for something that presumably survived FTL travel navigating god knows what kind of distances. All those crashes seem more consistent with testing experimental crafts. A vast conspiracy seems unlikely, they'd view us like we view monkeys or ants, and we don't form super secret alliances with the monkey and ant leaders, we just do what we want to them. We don't have a ton of concrete info here, but to me aliens does not look like the Occams razor explanation
