The white man's future is similar to what happened to the native Indian he will soon be placed on to reservations where he may engage in free speech all day long no fear of arrest

Except the part that indians had no access to guns. There have been plenty of instances when merchants sold them guns and they used them to fight back. It is the main reason why the establishment is determined in disarming the populace.

In Mexico it's illegal to own guns but the mafia has plenty of guns and they will kill you
