Looks like they added 3,529 new cases to try to even it out.

See the bottom left corner of total cases jump from 10,347 to 13,876.

For adding cases, they sure removed a lot of cases....

Because there is nothing unique about the cells in gay people that would allow a virus to target gay people specifically.
