Look at the statista chart. The majority are NOT foreigners (in the US). You're also missing white-collar crime. Your only interest is skin color, not class, economy, citizenship, science, society, language, income level, intelligence level, or anything else. Rather than assume these are talking points (they're not), you should try to argue with facts. It's a fact that foreigners are not responsible for most of the crime in the US. And it's a fact that the legal system should deal with crime. It's also a fact that many factors are associated with a broad range of crimes. And others are not to blame for your own inadequacies. Grow a pair.

Africans and Hispanics are foreigners who together commit the majority of violent crimes in this country. That's even with many spic criminals booked as being of the white race.
