You can test if you're shadowbanned on Youtube the same way you can test on reddit: Use a private or incognito tab and look for your comment.

Why go through all these extra steps?

    Why ask others to do for you that which you can do yourself both faster and easier?

      Ah, so you didn't just want to test for yourself, you wanted to get others to test for themselves. I gotcha.

      Especially a video with only a few comments, where it's impossible to miss it because the algorithm buried it.

      However, I think he's just interested in figuring out whether or not shadowbanned users have their posts stored in the database at all.

      If the comments show up for anyone at all they're obviously stored in a database. Even if they're not displayed they might be.
