I'm more concerned about losing or limiting Free Speech than I am about disinformation. Before the internet and social media, journalists and news agencies got shit wrong all the time. They are not the paragons of truth they make themselves out to be. And now that they're all owned by large corporations, I wouldn't trust MSM to tell me it's raining if I was standing outside in a downpour.

State media says media should bow down to illegal and Unconstitutional manipulation of media, surprising no one.

CNN overtly lied in ways that resulted in people dying, loosing their livelihood, and the erosion of democracy. They could and should be held liable.

Remember how we all got the comfort of daily Covid updates from government experts....until CNN complained it was too boring and got other media companies to group up and refuse to air them?.... I remember.
