ultimately, you can't have a society without straight white (European) men, at least not like we have today.

That's precisely what "they" are trying to get rid of. They being the people in power. They want to get rid of the independent thinkers, entrepreneurs, those with western-values, people who believe in fundamental rights, and christian-inspired values. Those people are an obstacle to their global control.
