The other offerings on moviesjoy seem to work. Probably a DMCA takedown letter. Season 15 seems to work here:

You can always skip ahead to the scenes you like. They always have cool chases and the dialogue is funny unlike Cops which is so 'formal'. 'Hi I've been a police officer in XXX for so many years and I had a troubled childhood growing up and wanted to help the world' Drugs tend to be a huge problem in our neck of the woods and (call comes in about a suspicious car possibly delivering..............(gasp) DRUGS!'.

Yes Cops is SO predictable where the one I link to things sometimes go 'wrong' or they don't catch the guy all the time.

I think your confused with Cops: The one I linked to they don't always catch the guy. It's funny seeing their reactions when whatever it was they were trying to do to stop him doesn't work out other times they do some extreme driving maneuvers not usually seen in Cops.
