None of these people who got removed sound like they were actually interacting with the community in good faith. Contrast this with chappo chat who bans you for downvoting too many pro tranny posts.

No you can't. IRL spamming is Harassment and Stalking. IRL porn is Exposure of a person, Public lewdness, and Loitering with the purpose of prostitution. Both would be met with an IRL ban in NY.
