Bitchute seems to be the main one all my podcasts are posting their stuff on in anticipation for youtube removing their channels.

No surprise he saw this coming many months ago.

Personally ... I can't understand why anyone would use a podcast directory service instead of just web searching "subject of interest" and the word "podcast" and then inserting their rss feed link into my podcast program. It is a lot less work that going through a podcast service like itunes or spotify.
