My belief is similar to Einstein's. If you can't concretely define the criteria, then you don't have any ground to stand on. If the artist named the painting obscenely then that could be argued obscene. However, the slippery slope is quite steep. Next wrinkle-less anime characters are banned. Afterwards, real photographs are banned of 18-year-olds who look too young.

I also completely disagree with Justice Stewart's, "I know it when I see it." Define it or leave the bench.
