It's also worth noting that discrimination based on race or gender is illegal in the workplace.

Discrimination is a weird word.

If someone told me that were going to criminate me in the workplace, then I'd get upset with them. Next, I'd look that word up, to confirm I knew what that word meant.

Being criminated isn't cool.

Logically, one would think that discrimination would be as positive thing, because they are reversing or absolving the crimination.

Anyway, I have a suggestion for anyone who has to present critical Race theory to a group.

Create your own slide presentation on the definition of the word discrimination, and highlight the dictionary definitions and also the legal definitions.

Preface the CRT presentation with the discrimination presentation.

If questioned about your presentation then simply reply, "I oppose discrimination in all of its various forms, and I'm sure that you do too. Riiight??? I'm trying to do my best to eliminate discrimination and retaliation from the workplace. I'm promoting a safer and more productive workplace environment."
