When you're on the hard left, anyone to the right of Mao Zedong looks like a nazi to you.

It's not that Reddit is leftist - of course it is. It's that it's not far enough left for the hard left.

I do appreciate the irony of people who ruthlessly use censorship as a weapon of first resort being censored, though. And then having the nerve to complain that they're being censored without a hint of self-awareness. That's pretty sweet.

Reddit is not a leftist group. Reddit it's a corporatist mouthpiece, which is shilling for the Democratic party, and any other corporation who is willing to pay it..

I think I understand what you're implying, but I think It's a mistake to make left/right generalizations based on a narrow linear conception of liberal vs conservative values.

Corporations operate with a top-down totalitarian value structure.

The appearance of a left/right philosophical veneer is a mirage.
