Two things:

  1. If he were Satoshi, he wouldn't need to sue anyone for billions because he would already have a vast store of wealth at his fingertips;
  2. If he were Satoshi, that could have easily been proven by asking him to move a series of very specific sums of Bitcoin between wallets known to be owned by Satoshi, wouldn't it?
