Biden is an old fool, a real shame to have someone like that as 'president'.

The statement was written for Biden. It reflects the concerns of many on the Hill. Biden is not an evil genius mastermind who says unprepared OFFICIAL comments at press conferences about fascist tyrants. And yes, the US has committed war crimes in the past. This does not excuse Putin.
