I fail to see the purpose of the article. Is the article attempting to say that South Asian men have a predilection towards sex with minors? Is the article saying that they shouldn't have been permitted in the US? If so, it should have provided details on how they were allowed into the US.

I didn't know that the article dealt with an event in the UK. It's now understandable since the UK has many people from India because it was once a colony of Britain, but would Americans know that there are many Indians in Britain?

The British military has a unit of Gurkhas. It is considered one of the finest units in the world. The 4th Indian Infantry Division fought for the British during World War II. Notable battles are the Battles of El Alamein and Monte Cassino. Aren't their own people capable of fighting?
