I told a professor from west point a few years ago that WMD use by people who think they go to heaven for mass murdering their enemies is problematic. Many Americans figure if they die they can go to heaven but arent so ready to do it any day, and the old communist soviets - MAD scenarios would mean the end of their heaven on earth. So there the MAD logic could work.

But If muslims are bent on such a scenario it is only prudent to nullify them first.
