You can't blame anyone else for this fuck up.
The mud brick dams were there before any regime change. Mud brick dams should never be a thing.
If Gaddafi was still in power this would still have happened and he would also be looking for ways to blame the West for it.
And this is the real problem and why these Arab countries all have terrible, incompetent governments who cause the deaths of thousands of their citizens every year.
If you never take responsibility for your mistakes then you never learn from them.
But at least you can feel self-righteous as the waters smother you.
