How many of those Russian made and maintained ICBMs from the 60s are still going to actually work. How many of the warheads will?

I'm probably fucked being in the Energy Corridor. Nothing shuts down the country quite like nuking Houston so I'm sure a redundant amount of nukes will target my area. Remember me fondly.
