The pernicious influence of music on the wider culture is something that people have been debating ever since Ogg and Grunt started pounding rocks. See, for example, Frank Zappa in 1986 debating whether music should be censored on the political debate show Crossfire. The arguments haven't changed since then.
I can see why his music might be deemed offensive (which is why the authorities were originally searching for him) but it is no worse than plenty of other material readily found on the Internet; his crime was to make white nationalist music.
As Frank Zappa pointed out that to the extent music is a performance it is unfair to procecute musician for their persona. This argument worked in first amendment friendly USA of the 1980s but doesn't wash in 2022 Austria.
