in every instance I'm aware of there is no racism in communist countries because all minority races had been exterminated.

Can you provide 3 or 4 examples of these exterminated minority ethnic groups that no longer exist?

The Khmer Rouge were equal opportunity murderers.
It was whomever was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

If the target is e.g. Buddhists it doesn't mean that whomever was in the wrong place was Buddhist. It means targeting somebody because Buddhist. Which is the very definition of genocide.
