Bloomberg is one of those business publications that has been exposed as a complete sham with their poor coverage of the conflict in Ukraine, but it's important to keep in mind that they mostly cater to the upper middle class and rich. So they tend to insist on maintaining the fiction that the stock market is the economy.

The UK is a declining nation, and as a result, they aren't going to get a good return. It's clearly been priced into their equity market. If the government wants more people to invest in the UK, they would have to make it more attractive. Things like supporting the freeze on the Russian assets indicate that rule of law means nothing in the UK.

Just to point this out, in gaming, most of the companies that lost jobs with Sony was the UK.

It's not a coincidence that the UK is losing more and more relevancy as they cling to empire that's causing this parasitic collapse.
