If the genocide that props up Zionism is 'Semitic', then obviously it is anti-Semitic to be against genocide.

The US will provide diplomatic cover and the ICC is a Western puppet. While I applaud the South Africans, this will not get very far.

As for the Israeli abuse of the word "anti-Semitic", I think that this is going to backfire and this is going to endanger the cause of all Jewish people all over the world.

Just a note: "Jewish people all over the world" don't necessarily have a cause, including defense of Israel. Like all ethnic groups, Jewish people around the world are highly diverse rather than monolithic. That includes Jews in the US.

But yes, US support of what Israel's doing in Gaza can lead to ugliness against Jews anywhere who aren't Zionists.

Not just them but all US citizens and all EU citizens as well. They're ramping up hatred against western countries, again, and the ones who end up paying the price are never the ones who have anything to do with it.

Whenever the next major "terrorist attack" against the western world happens, that's deemed worthy of wall-to-wall coverage and creation of new wars, the people responsible for the attack will be the one making money from the follow-up. 9/11-style.

And we're at the very least flying straight into the next 9/11 building.

But to the point of those who will be doing it, the citizens of those western countries are still letting their corrupt governments fund genocides and war crimes all over the world. So they do have a point.

The US government is a terrorist government, yes. There are what, 350 million US citizens who are supposed to be in control of that government? And it's not any better in the EU.

The issue here is that the Israelis are committing terrible war crimes. This could result in backlash even for Jewish people who are critical of Israel.

Indeed it could.

9/11 and the preceding Bin Laden's letter.

There's a pattern.

The Israelis have been committing terrible war crimes since Israelis have been a thing, and those crimes have been having consequences all over the region and all over the world ever since as well.

We're on a loop.

Yep - crimes result in radicalization, which result in more crimes.

Which has always been the idea. Israel has been creating antisemitism and hiding behind it for its entire existence.

The main threat to jews since Hitler is Israel.

Yep - they've angered the Islamic world and most of the Global South.
