Aren't they kinda too fat for service? But yeah, they should probably be concerned. Especially, with traditional volunteers opting out. The best part to me though will be that the draft is not going to pass muster on being only for men. When the ladies get draft cards, will be epic.

I was a short-term onsite contractor when Bush II, Powell, et al. were working overtime to convince the multitudes that Iraq had WMDs. I was dubious, distrusted the prevailing TPs, and surprised to find that a 20-something staffer was an ardent proponent of military action. He'd come of age as a young Reagan Republican; I came of age as an antiwar student in the Vietnam era. By the time the absence of WMDs was public knowledge, my contract had ended and I wondered whether that info had taught him anything about government and propaganda.

(I had to check the birth cohort of Zennials: 1992-98.)

The irony and hypocrisy is dripping across social media as zennials slowly begin to realize that the consequences of their support for establishment elitism might come back to bite them in the ass. Keep in mind that this is the generation most inclined to vote for Joe Biden and his ilk, and the generation most inclined to rabidly support war against Russia in Ukraine.

...

Remember when zennials demanded more gay and trans representation in the military? Well, now they've changed their minds - They are far too gay and weak to go into combat and want 2nd Amendment conservatives to fight instead...

Interestingly, this is one area of political discourse where leftists and conservatives, Gen Z and "Boomers," might actually agree: Almost no one supports a new draft. However, there are plenty of people that wouldn't mind seeing zennials thrown into boot camp for a while just so they can learn a much needed lesson in humility, and perhaps rethink their political positions more clearly.
