Biden is deploying a MASSIVE Navy contingent to the Middle East in preparation for possible War with Iran

Here’s my prediction: Iran or 1 of its proxies launches a catastrophic attack on 1 of our ships and boom, we’re in a war with Iran

This Uniparty regime hijacking our gov’t will not go down easily

They stole 2020, robbed our country blind, allowed 8 million illegals in, censored our voices, forced injections into our bodies, and now to cover up all their evil they’re going to get us involved in a new Middle East war so we forget about all the Biden crime family corruption in Ukraine

Of course Iran wouldn't necessarily need to launch an attack. All that's required in this scenario is a damaged ship... funny, does that remind anyone of anything?

But hey, we get WW3 and a crack pipe. Another good job well done by the liberals.

I may not always agree with Elon Musk, but he's got a point here.

With this weaponization of the dollar, I think we've overplayed our hand. Weaponizing the dollar with sanctions. You're now seeing a lot of countries de-dollar their transactions because we've sort of forced it. This goes beyond Russia, China, and Iran because countries like Brazil or India still want to transact with Russia and they can't do it with dollars, so we've forced them to de-dollarize their transactions, thus weakening the strength of the dollar in the world.

Blowback is a bitch.

One thing semi-positive I can say about Elon is that he does have an ability to self-correct.

He started out the Ukrainian conflict heavily supporting Ukraine (at own cost) and now has retreated from that position (through bitter experience).

His tweets on October the 7th and days following have been stupidly pro-Israel, he's not expressed one single shred of sympathy for Palestinians, and he's continued to exhibit what I call 'crypto-Zionist' behaviour by liking and responding to some pro-Zionist tweets (without saying anything explicitly pro-Zionist himself). But I think he'll again back away from this position over time, as he realises that the Israel regime is even more insane than the Kiev one (and nastier too, if that's possible).

He does have some ill-considered biases and I continue to find him politically shallow but he does also have the ability to learn from experience and to be pragmatic rather than zealous in geopolitical affairs (as he shows in the comments under discussion here).

He also deserves credit in keeping x/Twitter more free than most other large platforms regarding discussion of this conflict.

Call me cynical, but being consistently on the wrong side of history before "evolving" when it becomes inconvenient for the brand doesn't strike me as someone with a good moral basis who learns over time. It looks more like a continuous market study.

Same with Twitter and its ever-increasing "gotta pay if you want to keep doing what you're doing" along with putting the censoring in the hands of a WEF bitch who gets off of censoring dissenting voices.

I think you're perfectly entitled to be cynical.

And I also don't like the way Twitter/X is heading.

My appreciation for Musk is mostly for his genius level engineering skills and the very positive changes they have brought to the world. Tesla really has "accelerated the world's transition to sustainable energy".

But I think I've commented here before that I find a lot of his commentary cringe. He's very underdeveloped in lots of ways (his taste in music/literature/art is abysmal and seemingly stuck at an early adolescent level). But that's not that untypical of engineers.
