Because of video education, students have lost their primary sleeping spots. A quotation from Marx (Horse Feathers, 1932) — Professor Wagstaff, the new president of Huxley College, has discovered that they can't afford both education and football. He makes an executive decision:

Groucho: Well, we can't support both. Tomorrow we start tearing down the college.
