No wonder your sub is constantly on their radar.

So, is it your contention that our sub getting literally thousands of reports on the majority of our posts isn't putting us on admins radar, but beginning to report report abuse on a small fraction of these is getting us on admin's radar?

Seriously?

You only receive thousands of reports because you don’t know how to use the Ignore button after you approve an item the first time.

Your workload is entirely your fault. You don’t know how to use basic mod tools, even the pathetic ones that are built into Reddit itself.

You also don’t understand how escalating report abuse works. You don’t care that you’re putting your own users at risk for site-wide suspension and you won’t commit to making a simple change to keep them safe—and that would reduce your own workload substantially.

When this is brought to your attention, your mod team wastes its time engaging in inane deflections, instead of taking responsibility like an adult.

You have all conducted yourselves unprofessionally in this thread. I’m embarrassed for you.

because you don’t know how to use the Ignore button after you approve an item the first time.

As has been told to you already, we leave them so the full mod team can see them.

Any mod can see reports on an item even after it’s been actioned.

There’s a button on New Reddit that allows you to view all previous reports on a post or comment. I’d love to be able to tell you exactly what it’s called, but because of my suspension I can’t look that up anymore.

Most mods won't take the time to continually check the mod reports, and most of us don't use New Reddit.

Then have AutoModerator filter everything for you. I already explained to Martini how.

That’s just one possible solution. With all the mods on your team, one of you should be able to come up with a way to stop your own users from getting banned from the whole site.
