In fairness, a connection between renewed societal interest in fitness/self-defense and fascism is not a new idea by any means. There is biological logic to it (FEAR!), and you could see it in the uptick in same in the '80s and '90s. More recently, I had noticed (from a distance) that "fitness culture" seems to have polarized into 'trad-fascist' in the form of CrossFit, and 'alt-fascist' apparently embodied by Planet Fitness.

Is that why I don't exercise more? Because I'm a self-hating Jew???

I don't know, maybe I'm just taking into account the bigger picture: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-cIxPHmCBg

She's a scholar of extremism. Maybe that's how she developed such an extreme position.

Are any junk food consuming couch potatoes also bigots? Or are they all potential Nobel winners? (Note how I say "they" to give the impression that I don't sit on the couch eating chips.)

If you don't have noodle arms, you're obviously gassing people in your spare time.

Incidentally, here's the "she/her" who wrote the article. Nice jawline!

It seems any and all self improvement, self sufficiency, personal growth habits are being bashed now, even being characterized as "white culture" and must be cancelled.

Family, discipline, traditional values as well.

It's pretty easy. This is what the woketoids consider "whiteness". So it does make a lot of sense they think this has "nazism roots".

Also ask yourself why no one ever defined what "blackeness" is.

This is what the woketoids consider "whiteness".

If so, then the "woketoids" must not be acquainted with any actual people of color. Their mindset is, ironically, pretty darned racist.

It is TOTALLY racist; it always was. They're everything they claim to oppose. That was pretty clear almost from Day 1.

I think they might be onto something.

I see some more ""refined"" black people (for a lack of a better term) complaining about not getting support after rising the social and corporate ladders because they look ""too white"" when doing it.

There's definitely racial cultures on the US and we have a definition of "blackeness" but no one has argued the definition. It's "too problematic".

Also with this comment I might be sounding like one of those race realists, but remember I'm using their same logic. This is what their arguments become when you really think about it.

Chris Rock has done many shows about this. It's not a secret, it's just that you're not allowed to say it or notice it if you're the wrong color.

From the Medical wing of the Old Jokes Home:

A psychiatrist can tell a lot about a new patient from when he arrives at his first appointment. If he's early he's Anxious, if he's late he's Aggressive, and if he's right on time he's Obsessive 😺

A wise man or woman once said: “Whenever I feel the urge to exercise, I lie down and rest until the feeling goes away.” Quote Investigator cites many possible sources. This is the version I learned from my dear father.
