While Biden has since gotten clean

If he is advising his dad he should be taking regular drug tests.

Is he an employee of the Administration? Wonder how much he pulls in.

From a recent NBC article:

In recent weeks, Hunter Biden has appeared alongside his father regularly, including accompanying him to and from the presidential retreat at Camp David, Maryland, last weekend on Marine One.

It's pretty narcissistic for Hunter to think he has a place at the table when he's such a complete dirtbag. But like father, like son.

Hunter is not in the administration. He is an artist. People interested in art pay him for prints and original paintings because of their deep interest in art. Their identities are kept secret because if people like you knew about them your knowledge of their identities could influence policy.

Shut up, it makes sense!

A Fresh Perspective

If the police department can mail me a ticket based on a picture of my car tag running a red light why is this not prosecutable if the prosecutor of the area wishes to prosecute?

They mailed me one of a car that looked just like mine with a similar license plate - toll booth - then when I contested it (following all the protocol and submitting all the information AGAIN) they gave me another ticket from the next toll both - and two late fees!!!!!! 🤯🤯 But here rolls this chump, cracked out going nearly 200 with not a care in the world . Gee. I love paying taxes

I don't think they understand what happens when you make a sufficient number of people feel sufficiently stupid for obeying the law

Not "defending," just answering....

If the police department can mail me a ticket based on a picture of my car tag running a red light why is this not prosecutable if the prosecutor of the area wishes to prosecute?

In the article, there are two cases:

Biden, 53, is seen flashing what looks like a crack pipe and smoking it while driving through a residential neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia, on June 12, 2018...

Two possibilities there. "Looks like a crack pipe" may not be a crack pipe (we all know it was, but legally we don't know.) Also, there may be Statute of Limitations at play.

Less than two months later, he was seen racing to Las Vegas on August 1, when he took a snap of the car’s dashboard, revealing that he was going at least 172 mph.

Unless the photo shows exactly where he was when going 172mph, who specifically has jurisdiction?
And again, Statute of Limitations.

I'm sure you're right, and I'm also sure that won't make Jenn feel any better the next time she gets ticketed for going 42 in a 40.

Needs to be plastered all over the internet relentlessly in the lead-up to the elections. Just when you think this guy's stupid, illegal antics couldn't get worse... it's not surprising such a priveleged brat would do things like this, putting everyone unfortunate enough to be on the road at the time at risk.
