Over a period of seven years, WotB has found the Turtle Shell and similar measures to be very effective at moderating dickish behavior. They've obviously been more effective than whatever SaidIt does. So I think we'll take the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" approach.

It's just another way to get rid of people you don't agree with, only more insulting, and not temoporary, as are most bans. Out of 90000 previous Reddit subscribers you now have 30 on Saidit (eg. 18 here now), so it's not really worked out for WatB, seems to me. But the real reason 99% of your original subscribers have left is because the sub title leads one to a sub primarily filled with misinformation peddled by the .01% (anti-vax, anti-Ukraine, anti-democracy, anti-government, anti-education, anti-everything, which encourages people to not vote or throw away their votes on unelectable candidates like RFK Jr.).

And so, it has come to this. Skewed statistics and invective.

Out of 90000 previous Reddit subscribers you now have 30 on Saidit (eg. 18 here now) [19,795 subscribed, but no mention of that]

Not surprising.....

Also, why are you using the incorrect acronym? Is it supposed to be some sort of subtle insult, like calling the Democratic Party the Democrat Party?
