Unrelated but I was watching the new Star is Born with my family over christmas and there's a scene on SNL where Alec Baldwin appears. As soon as I saw him I shouted out "HE'S GOT A GUN". I found this very funny and I even got a few jumps even though he was a) on the telly and b) we were in the UK. I reckon I can do this a couple more times before I get a serious injury.

  2. We also understand why you can't yell FIRE in a crowded theater.

Twitter is arguing #2 (in effect). Most of its critics are defending #1.

Scott, “we” all don’t like free speech. Many in power like to reduce or eliminate speech they don’t like. Do you disagree with that?

You would have to assume that Twitter is dealing in good faith first, which it isn’t.

I think Malone said it best when he explained that he is qualified to make the positions he’s advocating so show where he’s wrong. Respond to his points! Removing him entirely breeds more misinformation and makes it harder to prove him wrong.
