Why is it a sham?

From the video: it's a sham because some countries didn't ratify the international criminal court.

I ask you saiditors. Do you think indicted war criminal and child abducter Putin, feels more comfortable knowing that dipship OP thinks it's a sham.

Do you think that will help Putin when he tries to plan foreign trips. Germany will arrest him the minute he arrives - some "sham"

I'm just anti-Putin, it's probably hard for you to understand what you have living in a democracy, and not in an authoritarian country. Do you understand websites like your one or saidit are impossible to exist under Putin's rule?
