According to this paper, in 48 years there have been just 20 attacks across the entire world where terrorists used ambulances, so they are so rare as to be virtually non-existent. Almost all of them were in Iraq.

None of them were in Israel or Palestine so none were by Hamas. (According to the map they show.)

The paper is a piece of shit. If I was grading undergraduates on it, I would give them a failing mark. They use a pie chart with no scale to show a trend over time, according to their map of the world Australia is split into two regions, one of which has "2.0 terrorist attacks involving ambulances" and the other none. For the record, there have been no ambulance related terrorist attacks in Australia. With just 20 incidents, you would think they could have listed them in a table, but no, you have to infer numbers from shades of grey on the map. All up, this is a low-quality, awful paper that should never have pass peer review, but even so it doesn't support your bullshit.
