Ladapo has been saying this for years now. He formally asked the FDA or federal health department (I can't find the links currently) about this specific issue, pointing out that no one knows what how effective the Lipid nano-particles may be at empowering these DNA contaminates to infiltrate cells. They did not reply and Ladapo was forced to officially recommend against the vaccine in Florida.

The media lambasted this relentlessly. Almost two years later, the feds officially replied...but it was a nonsense reply, made to be repeated by the media. It ridiculed him, suggesting he didn't understand how the manufacturing process works. Yet, it was just an evasive and defensive spin, similar to political spins we've seen before (like the dishonest reply Maricopa County's reply to the "Cyber Ninjas" concerns).

The mRNA is created on DNA scaffolding, which leaves behind DNA fragments. The FDA thinks it comforting to know that there is an established level of these DNA fragments allowed in medical products and a blanket statement that these fragments shouldn't be able to infiltrate your cells. Yet, this misdirection allowed them to side step the concern about the experimental lipid nano particles possibly empowering them to do just that and the fact that several independent tests as well as government tests such as in Candida, found that those DNA fragments massively exceeded the permitted levels. Just your standard weaponized media and weaponized social media censoring empowered deception with hand waving an emotional misdirection.
