This WND source leaves out some significant details.
There were 50 train carriages, 10 of which were carrying hazardous chemicals, that derailed on February 3. The railroad actually allowed a "controlled release" of the poisonous gasses on the Norfolk Southern train – reportedly to prevent an explosion.
Norfolk Southern actually ignited the fire three days after the derailment, and an expert said it was a lie to say it was a controlled burn. He said it was, scientifically speaking, an UNCONTROLLED burn.
