They're blaming the federal government for companies backing out, but they were only ever involved due to political pressure from alphabet lobby groups. Besides the activists are increasingly saying they don't want corporations involved in their events (why would they? They're all communists) so what's the right answer for corporations?

There's a chance the backing was ESG related to begin with. Basically buying woke credits to make their stock price go up.
