The cultural differences are interesting to me. I'm guessing the trans population in Argentina is mostly gay men who don't want AGPs making them look bad.

Yeah that's interesting because that south american machismo culture is very homophobic in the way that people will call you a woman for being attracted to another man. I'm also not sure on this detail in Argentina but usually they will heavily differentiate between tops and bottoms basically saying a bottom is a woman but a top is just a straight man. If those gay men try to go the HSTS route then the AGP is also throwing a wrench into their "identity" because AGPs are strongly fetish based and still want to have sex with women.
