Okay, it's easy enough to claim that this is a surgery involving Jazz Jennings, but is there anything to back up that claim?

I think this is a clip from the show. People keep mining it for new evidence. That's his trans doctor anyway, and the guy who posted the clip is an MD who's critical of gender medicine so I don't think he'd risk his rep with fake clips.
