I guess this has something to do with Sonic the Hedgehog? Never heard of Jimbotnik but I haven't been following the franchise since the 90s. I stopped caring after he went 3D and Sega totally changed his story and personality to appeal to autistic weaboos.

I think he's referring to the Live-Action Sonic movie where Jim Carry was playing Dr Robotnick, assuming he's not referencing something obscure from the NuSonic games.
