DEI: Your gay/black/anything other than straight and white colleagues get to spend one day a month at a workshop where they complain about how hard it is to be gay/black/whatever at XYZ Company, while getting paid that day to not do their VERY IMPORTANT WORK.

Plain old gay hardly counts anymore, especially if you're white. You have to be trans, non-binary, or some other flavor of the alphabet brigade to matter.
