Either someone extremely autistic or just socially awkward as fuck. Though I don't think these types go for drinks at the club normally. I have encountered a couple of people like this who will just be like "who wants to play video games! I've brought the switch" and it's like lol of I wanted to play video games I'd stay home, then they cry and whine to Facebook about how everyone hates them because they're (insert oppression points here) while everyone else is having fun in the karaoke booth. Which everyone in the Karaoke booth can see because it was publicly posted and they're all like "wow this person would rather sit outside and complain about how they are oppressed then come in and have fun with everyone else, yikes not inviting them to anything ever" and they are basically slowly excluded from all social events as people realize they're a social liability and they become increasingly online and increasingly unhinged.

That said, I think this story is fake.
