You mean a scholarly paper published in a prestigious journal showing health benefits for transitioning, or much lower levels of regret pay surgery than for surgery in other fields?
This looks more like a perspective paper that ICB publish. Interesting enough, but what makes it like the hard science papers that crush your "icky-feeling based" denials of reality?
