that's why they get so defensive over the attack "you know some gays don't make it their entire personality": they know they have no comeback to it, so they build these elaborate multidisciplinary theses ... that only work if you agree (and affirm, and undersign in triplicate) to all the ~40 sub-arguments
there were fights over "assimilation" vs. "separatism," or whether bi "counted," but they involved mostly gay/bi adults, rather than being entirely composed of college sophomores who wanted to bring their boyfriends simps into the LGBT Club (and outvote those retrograde fossils who thought you needed to be attracted to the genitals of the same s*x or want to transition: being queer is oh-so quirky and fashionable, like ADHD)
the radfems were also similarly college-bound, with a "department" of like 2 professors and a bevy of females learning that PIV was always rape and there were ... other ways women could love one another ... perhaps taught by a more experienced activist, yes, mm ...
