I'd be suspicious. This would be enough to institutionalize someone. I'd take the call for help seriously but I'd be calling the cops saying hey you need to intervene here this person is suicidal.

Honestly yes, because if they're playing that card early enough, and they're admittedly an incel, the chance they even go further than "get me a girlfriend or I self-delete" to "get me a girlfriend or I take other people with me when I self-delete" is on the table as well.

It's the only practical solution to deal with emotional terrorists who pull the suicide card. You can't give them what they want they'll just keep pulling it. You can't say "go ahead I don't care" (well you can call the bluff that way but they'll then play the "waaah why are you so mean to me !" game and get some idiot to fall for it and bother you.

But you can play the, "that sounds very serious, I'm calling the police because you are a danger to yourself" response and there's very little they can do about that. Shuts it straight down and keeps them from pulling it again if they aren't legit suicidal and insane, which of course validates the move.

But, you forget. If you try to play the "I'm calling the police because you are a danger to yourself", then you end up getting hit with BOTH problems by the emotional terrorists. They can go to the idiots who'll fall for it and play "waaaah This person's so mean to me, they called the police on me! They tried to have me killed just so they wouldn't do [insert thing they demanded]!", AND they'll go to you and possibly even the cops and say "the cops can't watch me 24/7 forever, all they can legally do is hold me for 72 hours and then they have to release me no matter how much of a danger to myself I am, and then in 72 hours I'll self-delete and I'll blame you personally for it to guarantee you go to hell for killing me...that is, if I don't choose to refuse food and water and starve myself to death in front of them and kill myself that way. Either way, you just guaranteed I do it so you just murdered me."

Only if both parties are retarded. If you aren't retarded you won't fall for the bullshit and will just hold firm on getting the suicidal person help. If they aren't retarded they'll realize it's a losing battle and go find more receptive fields to fertilize with their bullshit.
